Exploring the Mass: for Parish Groups and Communities
This booklet is meant for the many parish groups and communities that flourish in parishes today. It aims to nurture understanding and love for the Mass, the central celebration of the life of Catholics. It is presented in eight parts following the pattern of the Mass, and is cross-referenced to Catechism of the Catholic Church and to the teaching document, ‘One Bread One Body’. It offers, through concise and direct teaching, combined with a call to personal reflection and prayer, a valuable and very accessible resource.
The booklet can be used together with the video ‘Exploring the Mass’ in which Cardinal Hume and Bishop Nichols celebrate and explain the riches of the Eucharist.
